We want you to love your hair as much as your new brush, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items purchased directly from our official US store. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused, resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the packing slip inside your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your Tangle Teezer tools in their original boxes and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
